These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.valeology.com.au and your engagement with services provided by Valeology (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Valeology provides health, performance, and rehabilitation services, including but not limited to:
- Clinical assessment
- Manual therapy
- Strength and conditioning guidance
- Performance programming
- Education and advice
All services are delivered by qualified practitioners operating within their scope of practice.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for individualised assessment.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old to book independently; or
- Have parental/guardian consent if under 18
By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
3.1 Booking
Appointments may be booked online, via phone, or in person.
Booking confirmation does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the consultation fee.
We reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
4. Fees & Payments
- Fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices may change without notice.
- Outstanding balances may result in suspension of future bookings.
Where applicable, third-party rebates (e.g. private health insurance) are subject to the rules of your insurer.
Valeology does not guarantee rebate eligibility.
5. Health Information & Consent
By attending an appointment, you acknowledge that:
- You have disclosed relevant medical history
- You understand the proposed assessment and treatment
- You consent to receiving services
- You understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed
You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
Health, rehabilitation, and performance services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Temporary soreness
- Aggravation of existing conditions
- Strain or injury
- Delayed onset muscle soreness
While we take reasonable care, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary.
We do not guarantee specific performance, pain reduction, rehabilitation timelines, or outcomes.
Progress depends on multiple factors including compliance, health status, lifestyle, and individual variability.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- Interfere with website functionality
We may suspend or restrict access if misuse occurs.
9. Intellectual Property

is the property of Valeology unless otherwise stated.
